Sadly Susan passed away April 7, 2022 (age 56) at Toronto General Hospital due to complications following an emergency aortic surgery.

- Toronto: Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 6-9pm (location to be announced privately)
- Collingwood: Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 3-6pm (location to be announced privately)

Additionally, the GTHS has named this year’s charity golf tournament on June 23, 2022 in memory of Susan as she was a board member (the golf course is near Collingwood ON).
